Rock My Bowl is all about vibrant, fresh, seasonal, flavour-packed food – with just a little bit of naughty. Because I wholeheartedly believe you should eat anything you like in small quantities.
When friends come to my house they get a beautiful-looking plate of the most delicious food. So why should catering be any different?
I want every mouthful to look and taste the best it can.
So, that’s what we’ve been doing from our RMB kitchen in South East London since 2016.
Curating the best ingredients and local suppliers
Filling our larder with our pickles, toppings and flavour
And pimping up what’s leftover in the kitchen, with style, texture, colour and sass.
I won’t settle for average
(that’s why I won’t drink sh*t wine or coffee!)

I’m a party girl at heart - Ibiza is where I come alive
I’m not a vegan (or an anything for that matter - except for a fussy b*tch!). I’ll create pretty much anything that the brief requires. But plants, taste and colour are always at the heart of what I do.
I’m the go-to girl amongst friends and family for gift ideas and places to go - especially when it comes to food.
